Who makes Minity

Minity is published by Imagination Works LLC. This notice describes the current iPhone and iPad app and this informational website.

Progress on your device

Minity stores puzzle moves, notes, solve times, hint use, results, streaks, and your appearance and haptics preferences locally on your device. The app does not require a Minity account and does not send this progress to Imagination Works. There is no cross-device progress synchronization.

The app includes no advertising or analytics SDKs. It does not request access to your contacts, photos, microphone, or location. Deleting the app removes its local data; device backups are governed by your Apple settings.

Subscriptions

Apple processes purchases and payment details. Minity uses Apple’s StoreKit to read verified subscription status and enable Plus. Imagination Works does not receive your payment card details through the app. Apple’s handling of purchase information is covered by Apple’s privacy policy. Removing Minity does not cancel a subscription.

Sharing and support

Sharing a result opens Apple’s share sheet. You choose the destination; that service handles anything you send. If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to include and use it to respond and resolve the issue. Do not send payment card details.

Email support@myimaginationworksllc.com. Please include your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, Minity version, and what happened. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or verification codes.

This website

This site contains no advertising trackers, analytics scripts, account forms, or tracking cookies. Its video is served as a local website file. The hosting provider may process ordinary request information, such as IP address and browser details, to deliver and secure the site. This notice applies to the Minity Games website at getminity.com. Hosting request logs are separate from the puzzle progress stored locally in the app.

Your privacy choices

Local puzzle records stay on your device; we cannot access or delete them remotely. Your device backups may retain data under your Apple settings. For information you voluntarily send to us, you may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing privacy@myimaginationworksllc.com. We retain support correspondence only as reasonably needed to address your request and meet applicable obligations. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.

Minity has no chat or public profiles. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through gameplay. Contact us if you believe a child has sent personal information to support.

Changes

We will update this notice if Minity’s data practices change. You can find help and contact information on the support page.
